Limoges boasts the most beautiful train station in
Europe - it is also the main line direct from

Driving from
Limoges Airport. Take the N141 eastbound, follow
signs to Clermont-Ferrand, Aubusson or Bourganeuf.
The road eventually joins the D941 which takes you
directly into Bourganeuf town centre (see
'Bourganeuf Town Centre' below). |

Driving north to
south in France. Eventually leads you onto the
E09 and A20. On the A20, look out for signs to the
E62 and N145. Go east on the E62 following signs for
La Souterraine. Continue on E62 for about 8-10 miles
then take a right turn to Le Grand-Bourg. As you
approach Le Grand-Bourg, the road joins the D912.
Continue on the D912 through Le Grand-Bourg until

Bourganeuf Town
Centre. As you approach Bourganeuf, follow signs
to Centre Ville (town centre), turn into Rue Zizim
(Zizim street) past the main
square and church continuing on the same road. The road
then goes into the Rue De Verdun. L'Assiette
Anglaise is 150 metres (164 yards) down
on the right-hand side. You will see the sign 'Chambre D'Hote' clearly visible on the front of the building.
